Baby Clothes Quilt

I now have two large Tupperware full of clothes that don't fit Sebby, and what to do with it all is a pressing concern; I'm out of space and this guy is growing! I love this quilt idea, but I want something more masculine than hearts. Ideas?

Circles?
Stars?

My quilt conceptualization skills feel rusty.

    Perhaps building blocks since that is fun and gender neutral. Or you could just have different shapes that make up a big S. Somehow, I think it is going to be even tougher for you to cut up the clothes of his that hold special meaning to you.
